Please find below an update on what we are doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and your wellbeing when you stay with us.
Flexibility for individual reservations: We will allow guests who have made bookings for stays through December 31st, 2020, to modify their reservations free of charge where applicable. This is valid for bookings made directly with the hotelor hotel website (www.bernardsinn.com).Please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservations.
In this pandemic and global fight against COVID-19, we have stepped up precautionary measures to ensure that the hotel is a welcoming sanctuary for guests. Complementing mandatory preventive measures by government authorities and CDC, we have made some changes which establishes exhaustive measures that focuses on all touchpoints of any interaction to ensure that every stay with us is safe, clean, and comfortable and that the well-being of our guests and employees are safeguarded.
Higher standards ofcleanliness and hygiene: We clean our guestrooms rigorously to ensure a safe and sanitized stay for guests by disinfecting all guestroom touch-point surfaces such as bedding, room furniture, TV remotes. We have removed most high touch-point surfaces in the guestrooms and lobby for your safety.
Appropriate checks on arrivalfor guests and employees: There are and will be temperature checks for all arriving guests and staff. Collection of guest and staff health forms upon check in and start of employee shifts.
Disinfection supplies easily availableto guests and employees: Disposable masks will be available to all guests and staff members if they do not provide their own. Gloves, hand sanitizers and anti-bacterial wipes are also available to guests in the public areas and to employees in their workspace. A face covering MUST be worn in the lobby area by guests and employees.
Frequent and regular sanitizationof high-contact points: We have an employee on site who is solely responsible for sanitizing bathrooms after each use in the lobby area. They are to sanitize door handles and any surfaces in the lobby area used by guests at any time.
Enforce safe distancingmeasures as precaution: Markers are in place in lobby area to encourage a minimum of 6 feet distancing between guests and employees.
