A Mid Summer Day's Harvest: The Bountiful Bernards Inn Garden Continues to Blossom

All summer long, we have been tending our crop so that you may enjoy the freshest, tastiest ingredients in every dish. Fresh fruit and vegetables are key to our award-winning garden-to-table recipes!

Plump, juicy blueberries and blackberries in hand...these beauties are heading right to our kitchen.

Ripe raspberries are a sweet and delicious addition to desserts and salads.

Our raised garden beds, just a month ago, are blossoming in the sunshine. We carefully hand pick each vegetable, herb, spice, and fruit when it is ripe to bring back to The Bernards Inn kitchen.

The lower field hosts our beans, tomatoes, and various basils. Our team devotes about 12 hours each week to tending the garden.
