BERNARDSVILLE, N.J., April 11 2014—The Bernards Inn announces guest chef dinners that will have two celebrated New Jersey chefs exchanging kitchens and their culinary teams for unique dining experiences at their esteemed restaurants. Chef Corey Heyer will relinquish his kitchen at the award-winning Bernards Inn in Bernardsville to Ryan DePersio of Fascino on April 22 while Depersio hands over the reins at Fascino in Montclair to Heyer on April 23.

The Bernards Inn / Fascino chef swap will allow food lovers to enjoy DePersio’s progressive Italian menu with a bit of French flair, while Fascino diners can savor Chef Corey Heyer’s creative New American cuisine. Each chef will prepare a five-course menu with the option of wine pairings at The Bernards Inn. The dinners begin at 7 p.m. and are priced at $75 per person, exclusive of wine and beverages, taxes and gratuities.
