Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 6 oz Sweet Butter
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- ¾ cup White Sugar
- 2 each Eggs, large
- 3 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips, dark
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips, white
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips, milk
Method
Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda and salt) in a bowl and set aside Cream together the two sugars and butter until well mixed Slowly add the eggs until incorporated, making sure to scrape down the bowl with a rubber spatula while doing this Add in the vanilla extract Add in the dry ingredients and thoroughly mix until all ingredients form a cookie dough Fold in the chocolate chips Scoop(#30) or spoon out the cookie dough at the size of a small golf ball on to a parchment covered sheet pan Bake at 335 degrees for approximately 10 to 12 minutes
