The Bernards Inn wine program, developed and meticulously managed by Wine Director/Sommelier Terri Baldwin, has been awarded the "Best of Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator magazine for the past eight years. We currently list 1,500 selections and store approximately 12,500 bottles in inventory. A temperature-controlled, custom-made wine cellar located in the piano bar displays up to 960 bottles showing our serious commitment to wine.
We offer a selection of over 45 wines by the glass reflecting what is new, trendy, and exciting in the wine world and what Terri would love for you to taste and enjoy. Our extensive list of wines by the glasss features many different styles with a range of prices starting at only $6.00 a glass. We've also offered such high end wines as Opus One, Jordan Cabernet, Joseph Phelps "Insignia" and Matanzas Creek Merlot. We're currently offering Lokoya Diamond Mountain Cabernet 2003 at $48.75 a glass. The Bernards Inn is the only restaurant in the country to be pouring this highly sought after California "cult" Cabernet.
We're proud to offer an extensive listings of half bottles which are a great alternative when you're not in the mood for a full bottle, or would like to do pairings with different courses. Large format bottles are available for those who are entertaining large parties. If you're searching for hard to find "cult wines," there's a good chance you'll find what you're looking for on our list.
Terri loves to find that perfect wine for each individual palate. After dining, and having enjoyed that perfect bottle of wine, please inquire about placing a retail wine order. All wines are subject to availability, but purchases can be made by the bottle or by the case.
