The verdict’s in: despite much talk about Ed Stone’s departure last
year, chef Corey Heyer’s tenure at the “grande dame” of
“special-occasion” dining in Bernardsville has been “exceptional”, and
the “magic” of this “classic” in the land of “blue bloods” remains on
all fronts, from the “blue-ribbon” New American cuisine, to “superb”
service to an “incredible wine list” backed by a “knowledgeable”
