The Bernards Inn caters to discerning corporate clients with superbly appointed conference rooms and meeting spaces complemented by a full range of audiovisual and presentation capabilities. The Inn's four distinctive conference and meeting spaces are designed to provide refined settings for unsurpassed functions. An attentive, yet unobtrusive, staff will handle every detail necessary to ensure a smoothly conducted and consummately catered meeting.

  • The Fenwick Ballroom
    Located on the main floor of the Inn, the Fenwick Ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests with theatre-style seating. The Ballroom can be divided to accommodate smaller groups with a variety of table configurations including U-shape, conference, or classroom style. In the evening, the Ballroom provides an elegant setting for the perfect corporate reception.
  • The Silver Vault and Wine Pantry
    Two stunning and welcome additions to The Bernards Inn are The Silver Vault and The Wine Pantry. Created for private parties of up to 100 they boast private entrances, hidden flat panel televisions for presentations, and have been designed specifically to create the warmth of being in an intimate room in a home.
  • Business Center
    Located on the second floor of the Inn, the Business Center is an intimate business center complete with a work desk, computer, speaker phone, printer, and fax. The Business Center is also the perfect setting for one on one business meetings.

Meeting Support
The Bernards Inn offers complimentary wireless Internet access in all of our guest rooms and meeting spaces. In addition, we support your corporate event with Polycom speakerphones, DVD/ VCRs and monitors, overhead screens, easels, white boards, slide projectors, laser pointers, Lavalier microphones, and a portable lectern. Our Sales and Planning staff is ready to assist you in arranging for any special audiovisual or presentation needs that your event requires.

Consummate Catering
To help keep your meeting guests operating at peak performance, a variety of menu options is available featuring wholesome breakfasts, delicious lunches, and energizing breaks all designed by Executive Chef Corey Heyer. Whether it's for a seated or buffet presentation, each menu is crafted with special care and concern for timing and ease.
