Two magnificent dining rooms and a warm, clubby bar with jazz pianists are apt settings for the outstanding American cuisine of Chef Corey W. Heyer. Chef Heyer places emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients, and his menu reflects his discerning taste.


Desserts are worth waiting for at The Bernards Inn. Chef Heyer and the pastry team present an array of seasonal, exquisite desserts. One reviewer recently commented, "We were very happy...the desserts were absolutely extraordinary..." The dessert menu changes seasonally and incorporates only the freshest ingredients, the most requested dessert is the Classic Crème Brulee. The menu is complete with selections such as the French Apple Tart, and Fallen Chocolate Soufflé Cake. Complimentary sweets are always a perfect ending to a perfect meal at The Bernards Inn.


The magnificent Wine Cellar boasts an impressive selection of American and French wines. Our entire wine collection encompasses approximately 11,500 bottles with an acclaimed variety of older vintages. A custom designed day cellar on display holds 960 bottles. Wine Director Terri A. Baldwin is always ready to assist guests with making the perfect selection from the Wine Spectator award-winning wine list. Ms. Baldwin has made certain that there is always an interesting and popular selection of wines by the glass.
