were absolutely extraordinary..." The dessert menu changes seasonally
and incorporates only the freshest ingredients, the most requested
dessert is the Classic Crème Brulee. The menu is complete with
selections such as the French Apple Tart, and Fallen Chocolate Soufflé

The magnificent Wine Cellar
boasts an impressive selection of American and French wines. Our entire
wine collection encompasses approximately 11,500 bottles with an
acclaimed variety of older vintages. A custom designed day cellar on
display holds 960 bottles. Wine Director Terri A. Baldwin
is always ready to assist guests with making the perfect selection from
the Wine Spectator award-winning wine list. Ms. Baldwin has made
certain that there is always an interesting and popular selection of
wines by the glass.
