One of the joys of being a chef is creating food that stimulates people’s senses.  The first reaction is visual as the food is presented.  A veritable feast for the eyes! There is an incredible feeling that comes over you crossing the Clairborne Pell Bridge into Newport.  It’s a feeling of leaving your “life behind” and being transported to a world where you can blend with the rich and famous.
