Chef Heyer In the Kitchen at the James Beard House. What an honor it was to be back in the kitchen of The James beard House last week! I have had the pleasure of cooking at The House on three other occasions, but this experience was especially meaningful to me. Having been born and raised in New Jersey and having traveled and lived in many other parts of this country, I can honestly say that I would not choose to live anywhere else. To be able to cook a dinner that celebrates so many of the wonderful foods that this state has to offer and host it in a place that means so much to...

If your schedule allows you some free time in August, please join us at the legendary James Beard House in NYC on August 9 for a dinner you will not soon forget. We are looking forward to hosting a wine dinner on June 12th featuring the spectacular wines of Pio Cesare. Located in Piedmont, Italy, the family-owned winery has been producing fine wines since 1881. Production at Pio Cesare is limited to using only the most mature and healthy grapes. Under Pio Boffa’s stewardship, the wines of Pio Cesare have become famous throughout the world. Pio is one of Barolo’s most important ambassadors abroad and one of the purest expressions of an exceptional territory, the Nebbiolo-based region. Come join us for this very special five-course dinner paired wi...
