 Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, engagement or even a wedding, toasting the occasion with a special bottle of wine or champagne can add a thoughtful, memorable touch. Several years ago, I asked our own Terri Baldwin, sommelier and wine director, to research and help me find a special 1983 Taittinger Champagne that we bought and held for a number of years here at the Inn. Why that vintage? It was the birth year of my son and I knew that someday I would want to have a special bottle of Champagne to open and enjoy with him on his wedding day. That milestone is just around the corner....

Terri Baldwin accepts the AAA Four Diamond Award.

Sparkling glasses and lavender tablecloths on an early fall afternoon… Our most recent Signature Style event was a fundraiser hosted by the New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education (NJCIE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to including students with disabilities in their neighborhood schools in preparation for living as independently as possible in their communities.
