Chilled English Pea SoupA Recipe from The Bernards Inn This is an amazingly easy spring soup to prepare. The Mondavi family name is synonymous with wine, and it was a great pleasure to meet Tim Mondavi on his recent visit to The Bernards Inn. Why that vintage? It was the birth year of my son and I knew that someday I would want to have a special bottle of Champagne to open and enjoy with him on his wedding day. That milestone is just around the corner....
